The Rack is our signature strength class focused on building real-world strength through barbell training.

You’ll work on foundational lifts such as squats, presses, and pulls, supported by smart accessory work to improve technique, resilience, and confidence under load.

Sessions are coached, structured, and progressive — suitable for beginners and experienced lifters alike, with clear scaling options provided.

Expect:

  • Barbell-focused strength work

  • Simple, effective programming

  • Clear coaching and progression

Purpose: Build lasting strength, safely and confidently.


HYROX FOUNDATIONS

Build engine. Build confidence.

HYROX Foundations is an interval-based class designed to improve aerobic capacity, strength endurance, and overall work capacity.

Each session blends running or conditioning elements with functional strength movements, focusing on sustainable pacing and repeatable effort rather than all-out intensity.

This class is ideal whether you’re preparing for a HYROX-style event or simply want to improve your fitness in a structured, scalable way.

Expect:

  • Conditioning intervals

  • Strength-endurance work

  • Scalable intensity for all levels

Purpose: Build an engine that lasts.


ATH-X

Where strength meets strategy.

The Arena is a higher-intensity conditioning class that combines strength, skill, and fitness in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.

Sessions are designed around circuits, challenges, and repeatable efforts that test both physical capacity and mental resilience — without sacrificing movement quality or coaching.

This class is competitive in feel, but controlled in delivery.

Expect:

  • Circuits and timed efforts

  • Team or individual challenges

  • Strong coaching presence

Purpose: Test fitness, build resilience, train under pressure.
